Mock up of mask


Above is a mock up of the mask I will make.

In the interest of aiming this towards hobbiest's I will buy a base mask and work onto it.
I will sew the circuit onto white cotton and then sew lace on top of this. I will also add beads onto the lace to enhance the design. I will then glue the fabric onto the base mask. 
Ribbon will be attached to either side (as above) and the conductive thread will continue down the ribbon so that the circuit can be completed when the ribbons are velroed to each other. 
I will also put on an override switch so they lights can be disabled if desired.

If the battery pack is visible I will embellish on top of where it will sit with feathers and beads so it cannot be seen.

The circuit: I will sew the LED's in parallel to maximise their brightness.

The battery will go to one side on the front of the base mask.
